  2. Look-up 10 people you would gladly give a recommendation to and recommend them
    1. Ask for recommendation well earned
  3. Look for jobs in the Jobs area and groups
  4. Write expert content
  5. Stay engaged
  6. Meet in person if possible
  7. Keep endorsing and recommending
  8. Repeat 3 through 7
